Retired Elementary and Middle School Music Teacher (24 years); Children’s Choir Music Director; Church Music Director; Director of Christmas and Spring musical performances; Accountant; won a scholarship in voice during high school.

Performing Arts Teacher, Director of Vocal Music, Assistant Director of Instrumental Music, and Theatre Team Advisor at Santa Paula High School; Music Department Advisor for Fillmore HS; alumnus of Santa Paula High School, Ventura College, CSU Channel Islands, and Cal Lutheran University.

MEMBER: DIANNA BURDICK

Lyric soprano; frequent soloist in Ventura County, gratefully singing with Channel Islands Choral Association and Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra on several occasions, most recently as the soprano soloist for Mozart’s Coronation Mass under the baton of Dr. KuanFen Liu, and “Canticle de Noel” at First United Methodist Church Ventura, conducted by Dr. Daniel Newman-Lessler. Co-founder of both Opera By the Glass and Community Opera Theater Project, it is her mission to bring the beauty and bounty of opera and classical vocal music to wider audiences in Ventura County.
