Trace History – African American Journeys Through Song traces African American history through traditional and modern spirituals as well as music influenced by them. The program was designed by CSU Channel Islands Performing Arts Professor, Dr. KuanFen Liu, to further understanding of the complexity of human history and expression and will be performed again by an ensemble from Channel Islands Choral Association.
